Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

I have received a faulty/incorrect/defective item. What should I do?

At ALIEN, we carefully inspect your order before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

Please email us at care@alienavatar.in with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear product images
  • Unboxing video of the package

Upon verification, our support team will assist you with replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products. Products must remain unused and in original packaging with all accessories included.

To complete your return, please ensure:

  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The product is unused and properly packed
  • You provide tracking details for the return shipment

Shipping charges for returns or exchanges may be borne by the customer unless the product is defective.

I have placed an order for the wrong product/model. What can I do?

Please confirm your order carefully before placing it. Since some products may be customized, we may be unable to process returns or exchanges for wrongly ordered items.

How to Return

  1. Email us at care@alienavatar.in with your order details and reason for return
  2. Carefully repack the item in its original packaging
  3. Ship the package securely after approval from our support team
  4. Once received and verified, refund or replacement will be initiated

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after successful inspection of the returned item.

The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

For COD orders, refunds may be processed through:

  • Bank Transfer
  • UPI

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns/refunds will not be accepted if:

  • Product is physically damaged by customer
  • Product has been used improperly
  • Return request is raised after the allowed timeframe
  • Accessories or packaging are missing
